With the experience and proven business acumen, he took this as an opportunity and in October 2005 completed the management buyout of his team to create Screen Business Limited. As one of the early adopters of the Internet, and with over 10 years experience in developing new web IT solutions, James has contributed to industry journals, such as Professional Adviser and New Model Adviser. Andrew Byham - Technical DirectorAs far back as 1997, Andrew was responsible for building one of the UK's first online portfolio valuation systems using an extract of client data from an IFA's back office system. He later built the first version of Staffcare, which has since been developed to become one of the UK's leading employee benefits communications software systems. He was a valuable part of the management buyout team for Screen Business Limited, and heads up our .NET technology advances into the future.
