New system helps you act on RDR


As part of our ongoing development process, Screen Business will soon to be launching a new service that can improve client communication whilst addressing RDR and improving internal efficiency.

We are already well known for our Client Reporting Online, which provides integration with databases and back office systems to enable clients to access to their portfolio valuations, and this will take it a step further.

This secure client communication area will enable clients to:

  • Authorise fund switch recommendations online, with transactional status and audit trail
  • Communicate with their consultant with the comfort of full encryption security
  • Complete an online customer services questionnaire
  • View both personalised and generic documents from their consultant
  • Link directly to their Portfolio Valuations (even if it's not managed by Screen Business)
  • Access further applications such as charting and analysis tools

There will also be a mobile option, to keep your clients updated on the move.
