Origo launches Adviserwise (23/04/2007)
Origo, the UK’s financial services industry standards body for eCommerce, has just launched a new initiative to educate intermediaries as to what products and services are available online. The website lists the product providers that can deliver quotes/valuations over the internet. These are listed in The Matrix that can compare who provides what, and also which ones integrate with specific back office systems and e-service providers.
Screen Business appears in The Matrix as an e-service provider, currently for delivering annuity quotes. We will of course be continuously expanding our presence within The Matrix, so that ultimately we will be able to provide all the services necessary in order to help service your clients online more efficiently.

Screen Business is now 1 year old and has been steadily growing throughout 2006. Since completing the MBO from Staffcare Limited in October 2005 the team has grown by 50%, and is currently recruiting for more staff to help deliver the increasing number of projects in progress.
We are more than ever creating enhancements to our existing services, plus some new developments we have released that help improve business and client servicing over the internet. .NET online valuations are launched with Adviser Office (11/05/2006)
Screen Business, using the Open API from 1st's Adviser Office, has launched a new service for IFAs which enables the creation of fully branded, customised and interactive client valuation reports on their websites. 1st Software's research shows that 81% of advisers claim that it is the most important e-business development for their firms, so it is clear that there is a very real demand for this service.
This new version solves all the inconcistencies with Crytal Reports Online by not using it at all, and takes it even further to allow third party integrated data from fund fact sheets, risk analysis, comparative charting and analysis, and more.
As the service has been built on the .NET framework, it enables any data to be imported securely for clients to view, so that covers almost any back office system.

Microsoft .NET is rolled out (06/02/2006)

Having relied on the venerable ASP for several years, the benefits of .NET couldn't be ignored, and now our bespoke websites are even more flexibile and adaptable than before. Integrating with other systems is now less time-consuming, and that means it is less costly for our clients.
