Most of the newly released Screen Business websites incorporate our own in-house Content Management System (CMS) providing you with full control over content throughout the text, files and documents, with an easy to use browser-based WYSIWYG application. Clients can upload/delete documents (such as pdf, ppt, etc), edit pages, create new pages, add lists of news, cut and paste text and style the content using simple Word style toolbars. Pages for any languages can be created/managed.
All content pages can include a start and end date. This means that pages can be created and put live ahead of time if necessary, e.g. if a press release is embargoed until a certain date, the page will be “live” but not actually visible until the date selected. After the end date, the item can either be automatically removed form the site, or set to be automatically entered into an archive section. You have full control.
We can also build special “members” areas of the CMS to allow you to control individuals and provide them with passworded access to personalised areas of the website.
Our CMS has recently been completely redeveloped on the latest Microsoft .NET platform, therefore allowing many more functions and flexibility for dynamic enhancements that are created on the fly.
